We are offering a competitive starting wage based on experience. You should have a strong desire for success in yourself and others. Experience with SoftDent is a plus.

Up to $70/hr with a Bonus Program. Hours are 8-5 Monday - Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide quality dental care in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist in dentistry procedures
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and optimal patient experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Proficiency in chairside assisting and patient care
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and medical records
• Experience with dental software SoftDent or ability to adapt quickly
• Familiarity with pediatric dentistry and four-handed dentistry techniques
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques
• Ability to perform patient assessments and vital sign monitoring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
