Our office is looking to add a skilled dental receptionist to our amazing team. In this role, you will serve as the chief point of contact for our patients. This means that having an upbeat attitude and professional demeanor are essential. You’ll greet patients, take their phone calls, and send out emails to ensure their needs are being met.

You will also help our office operate more effectively. This will include completing tasks like scheduling and canceling patient appointments, communicating with insurance providers, refilling office supplies, and filing documents, among others. We are a well-established office located on Francis between Maple & Ash. We are a Cosmetic and Restorative Dental office offering services including implants as well as implant supported dentures, same day crowns, and Invisalign. Many of our patients have been with us for years, and we are blessed to have a wonderful patient base.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Thursday alternating Friday’s, 36-40 hours per week, no weekends

$25-$30 per hour DOE
